Return Policy

At Comptoir Varenne, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following return conditions.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return, in accordance with French legislation on the right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incomplete items cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure

Contact us by email at contact@comptoir-varenne.fr stating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with shipping instructions within 48 hours.
Return the item to the address provided, at your expense.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 working days to the payment method used during the purchase.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@comptoir-varenne.fr with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or a full refund.
